Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Caroline Escarpett Becco (hereinafter "Easy Portuguese") and customers (hereinafter "Student") regarding language teaching services, including online courses, learning materials, and conversation classes.

The contract is formed when the Student completes the registration and payment process on the website. By making payment, the Student accepts these Terms and Conditions. Order confirmation will be sent by email.

Easy Portuguese offers: • Online Brazilian Portuguese courses (levels A1-B2) • Group conversation classes (50 min, max. 6 participants) • Individual classes (50 min) • Digital learning materials (PDFs) • Monthly subscription with access to all content

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Current prices: • Monthly subscription: €59/month (3 group classes/week + 1 individual/month) • Single group class: €8 • Individual class: €19 • Individual modules: from €49 Payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal. Subscription renewals are automatic until cancelled.

The Student has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts from the date of contract conclusion. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Student must inform Easy Portuguese of their decision by email (ola@easy-portuguese.com). Exception: The right of withdrawal expires for digital content when download or streaming is started with the Student's express consent.

Live classes are conducted via Jitsi Meet. The access link is sent automatically after booking. The Student is responsible for having adequate internet connection and compatible device. Cancellations: Classes can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

All materials, videos, exercises, and content provided are the property of Easy Portuguese and are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of materials without express authorization is prohibited.

The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, access to premium content will be suspended.

Easy Portuguese is not liable for: • Technical interruptions of third parties (internet, Jitsi) • Damages caused by improper use of the platform • Specific learning outcomes Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy (Datenschutzerklärung), in compliance with the GDPR.

Easy Portuguese reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be communicated by email with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the services after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the changes.

German law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Munich, Germany.
